Our Production

We continue to reinvest our profits into the development of manufacturing facilities which has enabled us to cover the whole supply chain from marker drafting to the finished garment.

Since 1998 the apparel factories have been modernized and fully equipped with the state-of-the-art machinery made by "Juki" (Japan), "DurkoppAdler", "Pfaff" and "Strobel" (Germany), duplicating equipment of "Kannegiesser" (Germany), cutting and laying equipment of "Autex" (Spain), damp-heat processing equipment of "Rotondi" (Italy), "Zussman", "Veit" (Germany). The stitching on apparel is performed by equipment of "ZCK" (Germany), labels and bar-codes for finished apparel are produced on equipment of "PAXAR" (USA).

Model design and preparation is conducted using Investronica Sistemas a state-of-the-art system of computerized plotting. This enables us to create materials based on source elements; perform pattern grading by size, height, body-sized diameter (with allowance for shrinkage), perform modeling based on source designs in a variety of sizes, to duplicate and change layout for different fabric widths.

Specialty software ARM-technology allows creation of comprehensive technological documentation for launching a model in a cost-effective manner.

Customs preparation of shipments is performed in our factories special customs zones. Warehouse facilities and "The Rules for Storage" are designed to avoid the possibility of raw materials or finished apparel from being damaged.

Our technical base, production mobility and staff professionalism allow us to develop quickly new products in response to market demands.

The minimum production quantity is 100 pieces per model.

We have the capacity for the production of:

 coats - 25-30 thousand per month;

 jackets - 25-30 thousand per month;

 skirts, trousers - 40-50 thousand per month.
